Mindfulness at Work

If you work 40 hours a week, what would happen if you used 1 of those hours to practice mindfulness?

In my workshops in the workplace, we practice mindful movement to help people get into their body, an exercise for applying mindfulness to everyday life, and a short sitting meditation to end.

People report reduction in stress, anxiety, and unease.  Members have told me it has changed their work day and their life outside of work.  It has improved communication and overall well-being in their life.
