What is Mindfulness? 4 components of SOAP
Greetings fellow mindful travelers,
Happy November! This month I want to do something a little different and rather than give you a written blog, give you an audio blog.
This is a talk I gave called: What is Mindfulness? 4 components of SOAP.
SOAP stands for Separations from Thoughts, Observer Self, Acceptance, and Present Moment.

I hope you find the talk helpful in understanding and applying mindfulness to your life.
Perhaps the SOAP of mindfulness can clear away your anxiety and stress 🙂
Until next time,
Ellis Edmunds, Psy.D.
P.S. If you, or someone you know, is struggling with anxiety and could use the support of a group, we are starting another round of Everyday Mindfulness for Stress and Anxiety group, Wednesday nights in Oakland starting November 7.
We try not to take mindfulness too seriously 🙂
